Built for businesses that work on the ground.

  • Construction — Hours on paper, site photos lost in WhatsApp.
  • Manufacturing — Instructions in a binder, breakdowns found too late.
  • Clinics, studios and coworking — The phone never stops ringing.
  • Distribution and retail — Selling what's no longer on the shelf.

Take a 30-second tour

Bills, invoices, expenses and bank — one list.

Stop reconciling at month-end. Every invoice you send and every bill you pay is in the same list, in real time. Filter by client, by month, by status — and see what you owe and what you're owed at a glance.

Hires, hours, holidays and payslips — one team.

Your team, with their hours, holidays and payslips, in one place. The clock-in fits on a phone. Payslips are ready when you are.

Leads, quotes, invoices and stock — one flow.

A lead becomes a quote, becomes an invoice, becomes a delivery — without leaving the app. Stock and supplier orders update themselves so you don't sell what you don't have.

Bookings, schedules and self-service — one calendar.

Your customers book themselves in. You see the week. Schedules, payments and reminders run themselves — and you spend the day on customers, not the calendar.

Questions we get a lot

What does Fidava actually do?

Four areas in one app: your money (invoices, expenses, bank), your people (staff, attendance, payslips), your sales (lead to invoice) and your customers (bookings, schedules) — plus what connects them: chat, email, calendar and reports. Starter covers money, invoicing, people and communication; sales, purchasing, payroll, Revolut and the Sofia assistant come with Team and up.

Can it really replace QuickBooks + my payroll sheet + my CRM?

For most small businesses with 5 to 50 people: yes, from the Team plan — invoicing, payslips, sales pipeline, expenses, purchasing and stock in one app, so you stop reconciling and start operating. Starter handles invoicing, expenses and your people, without payroll or CRM.

How long does it take to get started?

One working day for a typical small business. The setup wizard creates your account, adds your team, pulls in your spreadsheets and connects Google Workspace — or Microsoft 365 and Revolut, from Team — in one guided flow.

What about the data I already have?

We pull it in for you. Customers, suppliers, products, employees, past invoices — bring whatever spreadsheets you have and we'll line them up the first day.

What language does it work in?

English, Portuguese, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Ukrainian — every screen, every email, every invoice. Each user picks the one they speak.

Does it work outside Portugal?

Yes. Fidava covers invoicing and payroll in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. Each site has its own country, so one account can run sites in several countries — each with its own invoicing provider, VAT rates, tax-ID checks (NIF, NIF/CIF, SIREN/TVA, USt-IdNr., P.IVA/Codice fiscale, VAT No.) and national holidays.

Is Fidava certified invoicing software?

No — and it doesn't need to be. Your invoices are issued by each country's certified or approved provider, connected to Fidava: Facturalusa (Portugal), Holded (Spain), Pennylane (France), Lexware Office (Germany), Fatture in Cloud (Italy) and Xero (UK). Where the law requires certified software — Portugal, Spain and Italy — Fidava never issues an invoice on its own. In France, Germany and the UK, where local invoices are still allowed, Fidava can also issue them directly until an e-invoicing mandate applies to your company.

Which countries does payroll cover?

The same six. Income-tax withholding follows each country's rules — IRS tables in Portugal, IRPF in Spain, prélèvement à la source in France (neutral rate or the employee's personal rate), Lohnsteuer in Germany, IRPEF in Italy and PAYE in the UK — with typical social-security defaults, benefit catalogues with their tax-free caps, and national public holidays. Payroll comes with the Team plan and up. We always recommend your accountant reviews the figures, especially in the first months.

How much does it cost?

Starter €8, Team €16 and Business €35 per person per month (+ VAT); Enterprise is priced to fit. Change plan or headcount any month — no annual contract. Full pricing in the pricing section, no "contact us" games.
